Refund Policy

1. At the Cognitive AI Institute, we are committed to providing our students with exceptional educational services. We understand that sometimes, a student may need to cancel their registration. This policy outlines the circumstances under which we may issue a refund.

2. Refund EligibilityRefunds for course fees are available under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation by Participant: A full refund will be issued if you cancel your registration at least 14 days before the course start date. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellation by Institute: If a course is canceled by the Institute due to unforeseen circumstances, registered students will receive a full refund.

3. Non-refundable Fees: Please note that some fees, such as registration or material fees, may be non-refundable. These fees help cover the costs of administrative processing and course materials already provided to students.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, participants must submit a written request to [specific contact method, e.g., an email address] stating the reason for the refund. The request must include:

  • Full name of the registrant

  • Course name and scheduled date
  • Receipt or proof of purchase

6. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 7. AdjustmentsCognitive AI Institute reserves the right to make adjustments to the course fees, cancellation, and refund policy at any time. It is the responsibility of the registrant to stay informed about any policy changes.
